Abstract:
This demand forecasting model generation device generates a demand forecasting model for forecasting an amount of demand relative to an indicator in a target area. The demand forecasting model generation device has an acquisition unit and a generation unit. The acquisition unit acquires a first parameter which expresses the conditions around a data collection area where the data to be used in demand forecasting model generation was acquired, and/or a second parameter pertaining to a prerequisite for promoting said demand amount. The generation unit generates the demand forecasting model by using a loss function which assigns a weight based on the first parameter and/or second parameter acquired by the acquisition unit to the difference between the forecasted value of the demand amount and the actual value of the demand amount.
