Abstract:
By providing a demister unit and EGR system with a casing (51), which has a hollow shape and is provided with an exhaust gas inlet portion (61) and outlet portion (62), a demister body (52), which removes mist from exhaust gas in the casing (51), a drain pipe (drain guide portion) (53), which is connected to the bottom of the demister body (52) and guides the mist separated by the demister body (52) downward, and a water storage portion (seal portion) (67), which prevents the exhaust gas from flowing from the drain pipe (53) into the demister body (52), the backflow of water from the drain guide portion to the demister body is suppressed and an improvement in mist removal efficiency is achieved.
