Abstract:
The present invention relates to a demodulation circuit for reducing power consumption of a gate driving circuit for a power switch, the demodulation circuit comprising: a signal comparator which compares a PWM modulated signal (VMS2) received from a signal insulator with a predetermined reference voltage signal (VREF) to output a first PWM modulated signal (VCMP); a waveform restoration unit connected to an output end of the signal comparator to output a second PWM demodulation signal (VX) for restoring a waveform of a PWM signal on the basis of the first PWM demodulation signal (VCMP) input from the signal comparator; and a voltage increase amplification unit which amplifies a voltage increase of the second PWM demodulation signal (VX) output from the waveform restoration unit according to the voltage waveform of the first PWM demodulation signal (VCMP) input from the signal comparator.
