Abstract:
Disclosed is a dental abutment system capable of compensating the angle when coupling components in an implant surgery. The dental abutment system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a fixture mounted in alveolar bone; a base abutment in which a base screw passes through a coupling hole formed in the center, and is screw-coupled to the fixture while a part of the base abutment is inserted in a center hole of the fixture; and a post passing through the coupling hole in the center and inserted and screw-coupled to the center of the upper end of the base screw to be fixed thereto, such that the lower end part is tightly assembled to the upper end of the base abutment, wherein an outer tapered portion is formed on the outer upper part of the base screw, and an inner tapered portion corresponding to the outer tapered portion is formed on the inner lower part of the post so as to enable at least some surface contact upon coupling.
