Abstract:
The present invention provides a dental adhesive composition that can achieve both processability into a thin film of a cured product and high mechanical strength over a long period of time. This dental adhesive composition contains an acidic group-containing monomer (A), acidic group-free monomers (B), a polymerization initiator (C), water (D), a volatile organic solvent (E) and a filler (F), wherein: the acidic group-free monomers (B) include a monomer having 3 or more polymerizable groups per molecule (B-1), a hydrophobic monomer having 1 or 2 polymerizable groups per molecule (B-2), and a hydrophilic monomer having 1 or 2 polymerizable groups per molecule (B-3); the viscosity is less than 40 cps when measured at 30°C using a type B viscometer; and a cured product thereof has a water absorption rate of 4.0% or less.
