Abstract:
Provided are: a dental chair foot switch that is easy to operate in a dental chair which is elevated and lowered via a link mechanism; and the dental chair. This dental chair (10) has: a base part (11) which is installed on an installation surface; a leg part (14) which is coupled to the base part (11); a chair part (15) which is lowered as the leg part (14) collapses and is elevated as the leg part (14) rises; and a dental chair foot switch (27). The dental chair foot switch (27) is disposed at the rear end of the base part 11 in the dental chair (10), and is configured to constitute a part of a plate-shaped base part (12) lying behind the leg part (14) in a state of being collapsed as a result of the chair part (15) having come down to the lowermost position.
