Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a dental implant prosthesis using a digital library such that, by reducing the cost and time required to manufacture a prosthesis, not only the economic merit of the implant surgery, but also the precision of the manufactured prosthesis are improved, the method comprising: a first step for acquiring a three-dimensional integrated image through image matching of a CT photography image, which is related to the interior of the oral cavity of the surgery recipient, and an oral scan image; a second step for virtually forming a bored hole according to an implant placement position that is preset on the three-dimensional integrated image; a third step for calculating a first setting value on the basis of the depth of the bored hole, calculating a second setup value on the basis of the distance from the upper end of the bored hole to the outer surface of a gum displayed on the three-dimensional integrated image, and calculating a third setup value on the basis of the distance from the outer surface of the gum to the outer surface of a crown that has been set to be continuous with the arrangement of peripheral teeth; a fourth step for extracting a single virtual digital one-body abutment, which corresponds to the first setup value, the second setup value, and the third setup value, from the digital library and virtually arranging the same inside the three-dimensional integrated image; and a fifth step for setting a registration portion inside the crown according to three-dimensional contour information regarding the virtual digital one-body abutment that has been arranged virtually, and setting a digital one-body abutment, which corresponds to the extracted virtual digital one-body abutment.
