Abstract:
A dental orthodontic treatment assisting device, a shell-like dental orthodontic treatment appliance, and a dental instrument. The dental instrument comprises a shell-like dental orthodontic treatment appliance (200) and dental orthodontic treatment assisting devices (100) used in conjunction with the shell-like dental orthodontic treatment appliance (200). Each dental orthodontic treatment assisting device comprises a base part (110), a fixing part (120), and a sliding channel (130); the fixing part (120) is arranged on the side of the base part (110) distant from a tooth; the sliding channel (130) runs through the base part (110) along the mesial-distal direction; the fixing parts (120) are at least partially covered by the shell-like dental orthodontic treatment appliance (200) so that the shell-like dental orthodontic treatment appliance (200) is fixed to the teeth; the sliding channels (130) have a structure that enables the teeth on which the dental orthodontic treatment assisting devices (100) are mounted to slide along a guide rail (300) passing through the sliding channels (130) according to a predetermined track under the action of orthodontic treatment force. By arranging the fixing parts (120) and the sliding channels (130), the problem that a tooth neighboring to a missing tooth tilts towards the missing tooth in an orthodontic treatment process is avoided, the orthodontic treatment effect is improved, and the orthodontic treatment period is shortened.
