Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dental restoration material and a manufacturing method therefor, the dental restoration material forming a tooth shape by stacking a porcelain layer at the upper part of a zirconia crown to be bonded to the upper part of an abutment tooth, and comprising: the zirconia crown bonded to the upper part of the abutment tooth and having a smaller size than the final desired appearance size of a tooth; and the porcelain layer stacked at the upper part of the zirconia crown, wherein a bonding surface of the zirconia crown on which the porcelain layer is to be stacked is embossed by surface treatment, and a bonding surface of the zirconia crown to be bonded to the upper part of the abutment tooth is also embossed by surface treatment. According to the present invention, the bonding surface of the zirconia crown to be bonded to the upper part of the abutment tooth and the bonding surface of the zirconia crown on which the porcelain layer is to be stacked are embossed by surface treatment such that an adhesive force between the porcelain layer and the zirconia crown and an adhesive force between the abutment tooth and the zirconia crown are reinforced, and thus the durability of the dental restoration material can be enhanced.
