Abstract:
A deposition mask and a manufacturing method therefor are disclosed. The deposition mask according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plate-shaped body made from a metal material; and a through-hole penetrating the body, wherein the through-hole includes: a small-area hole formed with a relatively small area from one surface of the body toward the other surface thereof; and a large-area hole which is formed with a relatively large area from the other surface of the body toward the one surface thereof, and which communicates with the small-area hole, a minimum diameter part of the through-hole is formed at a point at which the small-area hole and the large-area hole meet, and the distance from one surface of the body to the minimum diameter part can be 1 ㎛ or less.
