Abstract:
The present invention relates to a derivative based on an Anemarrhenae rhizome sarsasapogenin structure, wherein the structural formula thereof is as shown in general formula I, (I). Also provided are a pharmaceutical composition of the derivative based on the Anemarrhenae rhizome sarsasapogenin structure and the use thereof. Using the derivative based on the Anemarrhenae rhizome sarsasapogenin structure of the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof, by performing systematic modification and derivatization of the Anemarrhenae rhizome sapogenin structure and in combination with related tumor cell inhibitory activity tests, it has been unexpectedly found that many derived compounds have superior tumor cell inhibitory activities, particularly have unexpectedly high inhibitory activities for the growth of various brain tumor cells, potentially have wide applications and great value in the treatment of various cancers, make up for the deficiency of derivatives modified by the Anemarrhena rhizome sapogenin structure in the prior art, and have important scientific and commercial application values.
