Abstract:

A derusting device for steel rails (600), the derusting device comprising a first trolley (100), a plurality of laser generators (200), a smoke purification device (300), a second trolley (400), and a plurality of laser emission devices (500). The derusting device carries the laser generators (200) and the smoke purification device (300) along the steel rails (600) by means of the first trolley (100), and carries the laser emission devices (500) along the steel rails (600) by means of the second trolley (400); and the laser generators (200) and the laser emission devices (500) perform laser derusting work on the steel rails (600), and the smoke purification device (300) collects an exhaust gas and particulate matter generated by derusting. The derusting device is simple to operate, has a low equipment cost and has high work efficiency, thereby reducing the labor intensity of construction workers, improving the construction environment, and having good application prospects.
