Abstract:
A design assistance device (1) comprises: a component shape input unit (11) that receives input of assembled product design data indicating an assembled product; a component integration unit (22) that extracts, from the assembled product design data that was input, single components which constitute the assembled product, and groups a plurality of single components, which satisfy a fastening rule for the single component, into a single integrated component; and a display control unit (24) that displays, on a display device, manufacturing design data including the integrated component.
