Abstract:
A design and machining platform for a mechanical part, comprising an electric motor (1), a platform (2), a bearing (3), a connecting shaft (4), a mounting table (5), a clamping plate (6), a connecting sleeve (7), a connecting rod (8), a reset plate (9), a reset spring (10), a connecting table (11), an anti-slip pad (12), an adjusting rod (13), a first external thread (131), a second external thread (132), a threaded hole (14), a connecting hole (15), a through hole (16), a guide groove (17) and a guide block (18). A disc type part can be directly placed on the surface of the mounting table (5), and then the adjusting rod (13) is rotated; due to the fact that the surfaces of two ends of the adjusting rod (13) are provided with the first external thread (131) and the second external thread (132) respectively, the thread directions of the first external thread (131) and the second external thread (132) are opposite; and at the moment, the adjusting rod (13) can drive the clamping plate (6) to move along the guide groove (17) so as to clamp parts of different diameters. After the part is machined, the adjusting rod (13) is reversely rotated, and at the moment, the clamping plate can move towards two sides to release the part; and meanwhile, under the action of the reset spring (10), the connecting rod (8) can drive the reset plate (9) to move to the top end, such that the part on the surface of the connecting table (11) is ejected out, thus facilitating unloading.
