Abstract:
A design method for a turbulent flow pipeline structure based on a Karman vortex street theory. The turbulent flow pipeline structure comprises a liquid conveying pipe and a variable-diameter turbulent flow part provided in the liquid conveying pipe; and the variable-diameter turbulent flow part comprises a turbulent flow spiral wire which is formed by winding in a liquid flow direction and has a wire diameter d. The design method comprises the following steps: obtaining an initial calculation formula of the wire diameter d according to a Reynolds number calculation formula; obtaining a calculation formula of the fluid inlet flow velocity V2 of the liquid conveying pipe according to a flow conservation calculation formula; and obtaining a final calculation formula of the wire diameter d according to a calculation formula among the piston speed V1 of a liquid pump, the rotation speed n of a motor, the eccentric distance R of an eccentric wheel and the length-diameter ratio λ of a connecting rod.
