Abstract:
Disclosed are a desulfurization wastewater zero-discharge device and system, comprising a horizontal falling film evaporator for concentration and crystallization of desulfurization wastewater. A steam box and a condensation box are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the horizontal falling film evaporator, and a plurality of heat exchange tube bundles are provided between the steam box and the condensation box. The heat exchange tube bundles are positioned inside the horizontal falling film evaporator, and the two ends of each heat exchange tube bundle are respectively in communication with the steam box and the condensation box. A liquid inlet pipe is installed at the top of the interior of the horizontal falling film evaporator, and a plurality of spray heads are installed on the liquid inlet pipe in a linear direction. By means of the arrangement of a desulfurization wastewater pretreatment module, a desulfurization wastewater concentration module, a desulfurization wastewater crystallization module and a fixed waste treatment module, zero-discharge treatment of desulfurization wastewater is achieved. Compared with existing technical solutions, the present invention has the technical characteristics of being convenient to repair and maintain, has low construction installation requirements, high adaptability to scaling type water quality, low investment costs and occupies little space.
