Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a desulfurized rubber powder cooling and deodorizing device, comprising an upper-layer cooling spiral (1) and a lower-layer cooling spiral (2) which are arranged vertically in parallel. A rotary shaft (3) of the two layers of cooling spirals is hollow, a water inlet and outlet pipe (6) is coaxially arranged in the rotary shaft (3), the diameter of the water inlet and outlet pipe (6) is smaller than that of the rotary shaft (3), and a cavity between the water inlet and outlet pipe (6) and the rotary shaft (3) is used for water return; and the water inlet and outlet pipe (6) is separately opened at a corresponding water inlet and outlet (6-1). According to the present utility model, the water inlet and outlet pipe is arranged in the rotary shaft of the upper-layer cooling spiral and the lower-layer cooling spiral, such that the two conveying spirals are cooled; the cavity for water return is arranged between an inner layer and an outer layer of a machine barrel, such that the machine barrel is further cooled; the temperature of a desulfurized rubber powder is gradually reduced by means of heat exchange; and in a material conveying process, a multi-section-type deodorizing device at the top of the closed machine barrel is externally connected to an air suction device, and sufficient air suction and deodorizing are conducted on the rubber powder.
