Abstract:
In order to provide a detachable fixture that facilitates mounting and dismounting of an overhead-mounted device, the detachable fixture (1) is provided with: a base section (20) that is disposed on the installation site (3) for a wireless access point (10), which is the overhead-mounted device to be installed at a high location, in a manner such that one of a pair of electrical connection members (6) which establish an electrical connection with the wireless access point (10) when plugged in or break the connection when pulled out can be connected thereto, the one of the pair of electrical connection members (6) being located on the side of the installation site (3) for the wireless access point (10); a main body part (60) which is disposed such that the wireless access point (10) can be attached thereto and such that the other of the pair of electrical connection members (6) that is located on the side of the wireless access point (10) can be connected thereto, wherein the main body part (60) is configured so as to be attachable to and detachable from the base section (20) and is capable of establishing electrical connections between the pair of electrical connection members (6) when attached to the base section (20); and a support member (80) that detachably supports the wireless access point (10) attached to the main body part (60).
