A detachable isolation device for infection control, comprising: a frame body comprising a plurality of supporting members and a plurality of connection members, wherein each connection member comprises at least one first connector, which is configured to reversibly connect the connection member to one supporting member, so that the plurality of supporting members and the plurality of connection members are connected together to form the frame body, which defines an internal space; an isolation member, which is sized and shaped such that the isolation member can substantially cover the frame body; and an air purification system, which is arranged on the frame body and is in fluid communication with the internal space and with an external space, so as to provide an airflow and purify air passing therethrough . The isolation device can effectively prevent the spread of extremely high infectious diseases, reduce the use of public medical resources, or reduce medical burdens.
