Disclosed is a detachable multifunctional transfer bed pad, comprising a transfer pad, a base cloth layer, a bed pad cover, a bed sheet and a bedsore prevention pad, wherein from a front end of the bedsore prevention pad, even-numbered inflation units sequentially communicate with a first inflation thin pipe, and odd-numbered inflation units sequentially communicate with a second inflation thin pipe; the base cloth layer is provided, on both sides, with a side extension fabric layer on which female snap fasteners are provided, and the inflation units are provided, on both ends, with connecting fabric layers on which male snap fasteners are provided, the female snap fasteners matching the male snap fasteners; the first inflation thin pipe and the second inflation thin pipe are connected to an air release valve; and the bed pad cover is sleeved outside the bedsore prevention pad and the base cloth layer, and at least one of a front end and a tail end of the bed pad cover is provided with a zipper opening. The detachable multifunctional transfer bed pad of the present invention has both the functions of a transfer bed pad and a bedsore prevention pad, is simple to operate, has good patient experience, and will not cause secondary injury.
