Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a main body (1) which is sealed so as to be waterproof and has buoyancy; and a holder (4) which holds the main body (1) and opens an internal circuit of the main body (1). A speaker (2) is disposed on one end side of the main body (1), and on the occasion of shifting the center of gravity of the main body (1) and the main body (1) floating to the water surface, the speaker (2) protrudes above the water surface. The holder (4) holds the main body (1) and indirectly or proximately opens the internal circuit of the main body (1) without harming the waterproof sealing of the main body (1). During usage, the main body (1) is pulled and released from the holder (4), thereby closing the internal circuit of the main body (1) and activating the speaker (2). The pulled and released main body (1) floats up to the water surface, and sound is emitted from the speaker (2) protruding above the water surface.
