Abstract:
A composition for detecting gastric cancer including an agent for detecting the expression level of mRNA of one or more gene(s) selected from a group consisting of TXN and TXNIP or protein thereof is disclosed. Also, a detection kit, a detecting method and a screening method are disclosed. The composition allows effective detection of the incidence of gastric cancer and may be widely applicable, for example, as an agent for treating gastric cancer.
