Abstract:
A detection apparatus, a detection system, and a detection method. The detection apparatus comprises a module interface adaption unit (10), a detection unit (20), a control unit (30), and a connection control unit (40); the control unit (30) is used for receiving a pattern signal, and generating a configuration signal according to the pattern signal; the connection control unit (40) is used for carrying out connection and matching between a pin of the detection unit (20) and a pin of a modular product under test by means of the module interface adaption unit (10) according to the configuration signal; the detection unit (40) is used for generating a test signal according to a test instruction and a preset detection policy, and outputting to the modular product by means of the module interface adaption unit (10) for testing.
