Abstract:
To suppress the variation in detection voltage with temperature. A detection circuit, having: a first rectifying element in which an input signal is inputted into the anode thereof; a second rectifying element in which the cathode thereof is connected to the cathode of the first rectifying element and the anode thereof is connected to an output terminal; and a current mirror circuit for feeding a current to the first rectifying element and feeding a current mirror current of the current to a second rectifying element.
