Abstract:
A control device 100 is a detection device for detecting cavitation occurring in a fluid in a fluid circulation device 20 provided with fluid passages 21-25 through which a fluid is circulated and a pump 30 that pressure-feeds the fluid through the fluid passages 21-25. This control device is provided with: rotational speed acquisition units 90, 110 that acquire the driving rotational speed of the pump 30; a pressure acquisition unit 91 that acquires the pressure value of the fluid pressure-fed by the pump 30; and a determination unit 120 that determines the occurrence of cavitation when the pressure value acquired by the pressure acquisition unit 91 becomes lower than, by a prescribed threshold value or more, a preset reference discharge pressure value in accordance with the driving rotational speed of the pump 30.
