Abstract:
A detection device (1) has: a substrate (21); a plurality of optical sensor elements (30-1, 30-2, 30-3) that are arrayed on the substrate (21) and output signals corresponding to irradiated light; an optical fiber bundle (50) that is constituted by a plurality of optical fibers being bundled, the optical fiber bundle (50) facing the plurality of optical sensor elements (30-1, 30-2, 30-3); a first surface (50a) of the optical fiber bundle (50); a first surface (50a) of the optical fiber bundle (50); a first adhesive layer (57) that bonds the plurality of optical sensor elements (30-1, 30-2, 30-3); and a second adhesive layer (58) provided to a second surface (50b) on the side opposite to the first surface (50a) of the optical fiber bundle (50). The elastic modulus of the optical fiber bundle (50) is lower than the elastic modulus of at least one of the first adhesive layer (57) and the second adhesive layer (58).
