Abstract:
This detection device comprises: a substrate; a plurality of photodiodes, each of which comprises a p-type semiconductor layer, an i-type semiconductor layer and an n-type semiconductor layer stacked on the substrate, and which are arranged on the substrate; a plurality of transistors which are provided so as to correspond to the plurality of photodiodes; an insulating film which is provided on the substrate so as to cover the plurality of transistors; a first inorganic insulating film which is provided on the insulating film so as to cover the plurality of photodiodes; a first organic insulating film which is provided on the first inorganic insulating film; and an upper conductive layer which is provided on the first organic insulating film, while being electrically connected to the photodiodes through a contact hole that penetrates through the first inorganic insulating film and the first organic insulating film in the thickness direction.
