Abstract:
A digital camera (1) is provided with a storage unit (2) for storing information, a frame image acquisition part (51) for acquiring a frame image of a moving image, a feature point extraction part for extracting, from the frame image, tracking feature information, which is information for characterizing an object included in the captured moving image in order to track the object, and storing the tracking feature information in the storage unit (2), a tracking object region calculation part for detecting an image region of the object from a change between the tracking feature information extracted by the feature point extraction part and tracking feature information relating to the past frame image stored in the storage unit (2), a detection feature amount extraction part (52) for extracting detection feature information from the image region of the object detected by the tracking object region calculation part, and a registration part (54) for registering part or all of the detection feature information extracted by the detection feature amount extraction part (52) in the storage unit (2).
