Abstract:
A detection method (100) using lidar (300). The lidar (300) comprises a detection part, and the detection part comprises a plurality of detection units (320), wherein the plurality of detection units (320) can correspond to one or more output areas. The method (100) comprises the following steps: a detection part selecting an output area according to current ambient light information (S101), the output area comprising one or more detection units (320); obtaining echo information of the selected output area (S102); and performing detection according to the echo information of the selected output area (S103), such that the signal-to-noise ratio at a receiving end of lidar (300) is increased, thus improving the performance of the lidar (300).
