Title:
DETECTION AND QUANTITATIVE METHOD FOR POST-TRANSLATIONAL MODIFICATION PROTEOMICS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/170981
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a comparative proteomic technique. In particular, disclosed is a detection and quantitative method for post-translational modification proteomics. The method labels the protein sample to be detected and the internal standard with equiponderous tandem mass tags, and carries out tandem mass spectrometry for the labelled mixture, wherein the internal standard is a peptide fragment mixture rich in post-translational modifications to be detected.
