Abstract:
The invention relates to detergents comprising (a) one or more non-ionic surfactants of general formula (I), in which R1 represents a C6-24 alkyl or alkenyl group, the groups R2 and R3 respectively represent specific hydrocarbon groups and the indices w, x, y, z stand respectively for whole numbers up to 6, or a surfactant system consisting of at least one non-ionic surfactant F of general formula (Il): R1-CH(OH)CH2O-(AO)w (A'O)x (A'O)y (A'O)z-R2 and at least one non-ionic surfactant G of general formula (Ill): R1-O-(AO)w-(A'O)x (A'O)y-(A'''O)z-R2, in which R1 represents a C6-24 alkyl or alkenyl group, R2 represents a hydrocarbon group comprising between 2 and 26 carbon atoms, A, A', A' und A''' respectively represent specific hydrocarbon groups and w, x, y and z stand respectively for values up to 25. Said surfactant system comprises the surfactants F and G in weight ratio of between 1:4 and 100:1, and (b) an &agr -amylase according to SEQ ID NO. 1 or SEQ ID NO. 2, in addition to corresponding cleaning methods and utilisation options.
