Abstract:
The invention according to the present embodiment detects the deterioration of a non-aqueous electrolyte power storage element on the basis of: a first increase rate which is the increase rate of a direct current resistance value obtained by measuring the non-aqueous electrolyte power storage element over a first time period; and a second increase rate which is the increase rate of a direct current resistance value obtained by measuring the non-aqueous electrolyte power storage element over a second time period that is longer than the first time period.
