Abstract:
A determination device according to the present invention is provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires a measurement result from a sensor attached to a cutting tool; a calculation unit that calculates a first evaluation value regarding a defect of a cutting blade of the cutting tool and a second evaluation value regarding wear of the cutting blade, on the basis of the measurement result acquired by the acquisition unit; and a determination unit that determines the state of the cutting blade on the basis of the first evaluation value and the second evaluation value calculated by the calculation unit.
