Abstract:
This determination system comprises a storage unit (20), an identification unit (21), an acquisition unit (22), a division unit (23), and a determination unit (24). The identification unit (21) identifies, from among a plurality of elevator devices, elevator devices to which a maintenance worker needs to be dispatched. The division unit (23) categorizes the elevator devices that have been identified by the identification unit (21) into a first group where passenger trapping is taking place or a second group where no passenger trapping is taking place. The determination unit (24) determines priority for the purpose of dispatching a maintenance worker to the elevator devices categorized under the second group, on the basis of building information registered in a management table and acceleration data acquired by the acquisition unit (22).
