Abstract:
Disclosed are a detoxification vessel and a detoxification process for use after adsorption of tetanus vaccine. A detoxification vessel for use after adsorption of tetanus vaccine consists of a vessel body (3), a fully enclosed upper magnetic stirring system (4) and a motor (5) fixed on the vessel body (3). Multiple detoxification vessels each being a structure of at least two layers are connected in parallel to a temperature control device. The detoxification process after adsorption of tetanus vaccine comprises five steps, namely, steam sterilization, detoxification start, detoxification stirring, sampling, and temperature control. The present invention provides a detoxification vessel and a detoxification process for use after adsorption of tetanus vaccine, in which the temperature inside the vessel can be controlled, the detoxification stirring process and the temperature control process are automated, and the detoxification temperature can be monitored throughout the entire process. The fully enclosed upper magnetic stirring system and the temperature control device are controlled in tandem. The multiple detoxification vessels are connected in parallel to a temperature control device, thereby achieving the following advantages: the stirring is automatic, the sampling is precise, and differences in sampling are avoided, the temperature can be monitored during the entire process of detoxification, and corresponding temperatures are automatically recorded, and output and printed according to requirements.
