Abstract:
Disclosed is a novel deuterated lactam compound which has good antiviral activity and pharmacokinetic properties and can be used for treating coronavirus infections. Further disclosed are a method for preparing the deuterated compound, a composition, and a use thereof. Moreover, compared with a corresponding non-deuterated compound, the compound achieves superior pharmacokinetic properties and treatment effects.
