Abstract:
A developing roller which is characterized by comprising a shaft body 22, an elastic layer 23 that is formed on the outer circumference of the shaft body 22, and a surface layer 24 that is formed on the outer circumference of the elastic layer 23, and which is also characterized in that the surface layer 24 is formed of a polyurethane having a film thickness of 0.5-2.0 μm and containing a reaction product of a fluoroethylene vinyl ether copolymer and an isocyanurate form of an isocyanate, and has a groove 25 on the surface, said groove having an angle of 0-30° to the circumferential direction.
