Description:
DEVELOPMENT MADE ON A BIKE THAT DOES NOT ROLL OVER EASILY

Technical Field:

The present invention relates to the bicycle, especially to the development made on a three-wheeled non-tipping bicycle with two independent rear wheels with a single rear drive wheel.

State of the Art:

There are many designs of bicycles known in the present art today. Generally, these designs on bicycles vary according to the number of wheels, while some vary according to the drive mechanisms. However, due to the fact that the position of the wheels with respect to the ground is generally perpendicular, swaying can be observed especially in the corners, shifts occur in the center of gravity of the bike and the rider falls off the bike. Therefore, the driver will have difficulty in guiding the bike and adjusting the speed according to the road route, which will tire the person. Moreover, it will be possible for the person to have an accident in the corners due to the inability to know/perceive the speed to be driven.

The invention number TR201507537 describes a tricycle with a cornering feature. The invention is related to 3-wheeled bicycles, the feature of which is; hospitalization upright on a bike with 3 wheel Bend property to create mechanisms that facilitate the equilibrium position, top swing, bottom shock absorber and strut tower, strut and swing between at least one of the at least one limiting admission to the tower on the left and right shock absorber Tower stoplam the enclosure part of a staff member, the upper and lower pipe carrier pipe bend to the left and right moving along with moving or fixed in a reclining position of the spring in the strut tower to the off position which enables it to be used as at least one fixing pin, it is characterized by the fact that it includes at least one bicycle upright ride locking/unlocking control mechanism that controls the shock absorber tower fixing pin.

In the invention described above, a course adjustment system that can automatically change synchronously with the steering movement according to the direction and angle of the bend is described. Here, with the tie rod mechanism, the wheels are able to make different angles, but this system is costly and will cause installation difficulties at the stage of installation on different bicycles.

In the application numbered TR2021016854 of the applicant, an invention called a bicycle that does not tip over easily is described. This invention relates to a bicycle that can be integrated into all bicycle models, has high road holding capability and does not tip over easily, and its feature is; Rear mainframe fixed to the rear of the bicycle mainframe, at least one angled outer profile and angled inner profile fixed by bending to both sides of the rear mainframe so that the rear wheels make an alpha angle with the ground, on the angled inner profiles at right angles to the ground at least one fixed intermediate profile, angled outer profile, angled inner profile and at least one bedding element positioned on the lower parts of the intermediate profiles, middle shaft, angled outer profile, which is associated with the bedding element under the intermediate profile and has rear gears and rear transmission parts on it It is to have at least one worm mouth, which is configured to allow the wheel shaft located in the center of the rear wheels and the wheel shaft and the middle shaft to transmit the movement torque to each other, and to allow the vertical freedom angle of the wheel shafts during movement. The angled rear wheels can turn in different ways on turns or obstacles.

In the previous system of the applicant, the wheels are connected to a single shaft in the rear system, and an independence can be achieved in the rotation of the wheels by means of the differential located on this shaft. However, in this application of the applicant, the rate of swing outward with centrifugal force is higher in the bend, and the center of gravity desired to be provided in the differential cannot be balanced in the bends. Consequently, there is a need for a new technology that can overcome the disadvantages mentioned above.

Description of the Invention:

The main purpose of our system, which is the subject of the invention, is to provide an improvement in our non-tipping tricycle, especially in our invention, the center of gravity is more balanced, the road holding ability is higher in bends, the components are more durable, the assembly and disassembly are easier, and the risk of skidding and overturning is lower.

Another purpose of our system, which is the subject of the invention, is to provide safe use of bicycles by those who do not know how to ride a bicycle, who want ride comfort, novice drivers, those who do not want to stumble in traffic and do not want to have an accident, and old drivers who are afraid of falling and breaking their side.

With our invention, the rider using the bicycle will not need to balance by putting his foot on the ground, he will not have to stop due to loss of balance in case of slowing down, it will be possible to stop and move without getting off the bike, he will avoid the risk of an accident by staggering in traffic, he will have a safer ride than two-wheeled bicycles.

With this invention, the differential system in the application numbered TR2021016854 belonging to the applicant has been removed and the bicycle has been made one-wheel drive and the other rear wheel has been left to free rotation. At the same time, a suspension is attached to both wheels. These suspensions ensure that the rider is less affected by bumps and small bumps, and thanks to these suspensions, the bike can lie in the direction of rotation. With the knuckles added to our system, which is the subject of the invention, it is ensured that the chain, which is attached to the sprockets in the transmission mechanism connected to the rear wheels and front chainring, is on the same angle path.

One or more electric motors can be optionally integrated into the rear drive wheels of our invention, and the driver will have the opportunity to travel to uphill terrains without getting tired by utilizing the power of both manual and electric motors, and will have the opportunity to drive without skidding in corners without affecting the independence of the rear wheels.

The parts constituting the invention are basically; main body chassis (1), pedal (2), front gear pedal system (3), front tire (4), wheel hub (5), rear fork assembly right (6), rear fork assembly left (7), 7-row chain gear (8), front wheel rim (9), front pedal chain (10), rear transmission chain (11), shock absorber (12), shock absorber link lower arm (13), swing fork joint left (14), swing fork joint right (15), Front gear derailleur (16), rear fork upper link joint (17), brake disc (18), transmission mechanism (19), front-rear brake lever (20), front brake system (21) , brake disc assembly (22), seat (23), water bottle holder (24), gear increaser (25), front seat (26), front lamp (27), clamp (28), rear derailleur (29), front fork (30), steering (31) and brake cable (32).

Figure 1 shows the exploded assembly view of the bicycle which is the subject of the invention. The inventive system includes two wheels at an angle to the ground. The rear fork assembly right (6) and the rear fork assembly left (7) parts, which allow the two bicycles in question to stand at an angle, are mounted on the lower rear level of the seat (23) in the main body chassis (1) of the bicycle, in an angled-removable way. The angle definition here is the inclination position on the ground due to the fact that the lower surfaces of the rear wheels are far from each other, and the upper wheels are close to each other, as can be seen from the Figures. Since the fork assembly right (6) and the rear fork assembly left (7) parts are placed symmetrically on the main body chassis (1), the inclination angle of the rear wheels relative to the ground is equal.

The gears here move with the pedal (2) drive movement given to the front gear pedal system (3) of the bicycle. It receives this drive movement with 7-row sprocket (8) chains. The 7-row chain gear (8) is related to the transmission mechanism (19). The transmission mechanism (19) contains one long shaft. When the 7-row chain gear (8) makes a circular rotation, the shaft also makes a rotation movement at the same time. There is a gear set at one end of the shaft. These sprockets are chain coupled to sprockets in the hub of only one rear wheel. This chain is seen as the rear transmission chain (11). While the rear transmission chain (11) gives a driving motion to one wheel, the wheel that turns idle can accelerate or slow down depending on the situation, since the other wheel turns idly. Therefore, as only one rear transmission chain (11) is associated with the rear wheels, the rear wheels move independently of each other. In particular, when cornering, the outer rear wheel that takes the corner has a higher rotational speed, while the inner rear wheel has a lower rotational speed.

In order to prevent the effect of the rear transmission chain (11) from the transmission mechanism (19) to the rear angled wheels, its effect on rough terrains, in order to absorb the impact reaction forces that will act on the shaft part of the transmission mechanism (19), the swing fork joint left (14) and the swing fork joint right (15) are mounted. In order to link the rear transmission chain (11) to the gears in the rear wheel hubs at the same angle, two rear fork upper link joint (17) are used. Since the rear wheels work independently of each other, both wheels have their own suspension. These suspensions provide increased cornering safety, minimizing the risk of swaying and skidding of the driver by independently up and down the rear wheels in bumps.

Servo, step, AC or DC electric motors can also be found on the rear wheels of the bicycle that is the subject of the invention. The person will be able to use his bicycle both manually and electrically. Since both rear wheels will work independently of each other, two independent motors or only one motor can be integrated into one wheel.

The suspensions in our system work independently of the shock absorber (12) in the bike. While the shock absorber (12) absorbs the vertically applied reaction forces applied to the bicycle in recessed-protruding terrains, the rear suspensions also absorb the forces that the angled rear wheels are subjected to in the direction of rotation. The rear wheels also have their own brake disc (18) and brake disc assembly (22).
