Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for arranging diamond particles, which arranges diamond particles on metal powder during the manufacture of diamond tools, and to a method for arranging diamond particles. Vacuum force applied at the lower surface of a diamond particle feeder is used to suction fine diamond particles by means of the vacuum, and then the diamond particles are picked up by a forming mold into which metal powder is filled, and are forcibly ejected through an eject pin so as to be arranged and fed. Thus, the diamond particles can be fed in a precise and uniform manner to correct positions on the upper surface of the metal powder, and highly functional diamond tools can be efficiently mass-produced. To this end, the device for arranging diamond particles of the present invention comprises: a diamond particle supplying device having a raw material box in which diamond particles are stored; and a diamond arranging and feeding device that uses vacuum force to suction the diamond particles stored in the raw material box by means of the vacuum, and then picks up the diamond particles into the forming mold into which the metal powder is filled and forcibly ejects and arranges the diamond particles on the upper surface of the metal powder through the eject pin.
