Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to make it possible to calculate the change in an unbalanced load of a pole when installation conditions of a cable are changed. In a device and a method according to the present disclosure, when installation conditions of a cable are changed, the pole on which said cable is installed is considered to be a target pole, and the tension of each cable installed on the target pole and an unbalanced load of the target pole are computed.
