Abstract:
A device for carrying a marine three-dimensional curved plate, comprising a gantry frame (1) and a lifting device (2). The lifting device (2) is mounted on a cross beam of the gantry frame (1), the lifting device (2) moves laterally along the cross beam of the gantry frame (1), and the lifting device (2) can move longitudinally along with the gantry frame (1); the lifting device (2) comprises a lifting assembly (21), chuck assemblies (22) and a chuck adjusting device (23), and the lifting device (2) is movably connected to the cross beam of the gantry frame (1) by means of the lifting assembly (21); the chuck assemblies (22) are connected to the bottom of the lifting assembly (21) by means of the chuck adjusting device (23); and at least three chuck assemblies (22) are provided and are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction with the lifting assembly (21) as a center, and the chuck assemblies (22) are attracted to different positions of a surface of the three-dimensional curved plate. With the improvement of a structure of electromagnetic chucks, the attraction stability can be improved, and the reliability when carrying the curved plate can be improved; and the attraction and carrying of three-dimensional curved plates with different shapes and curvatures can be satisfied, with a strong adaptability and a high reliability.
