Abstract:
A device for changing a row of conveyed articles, capable of suitably preventing overturn of conveyed articles and making it unnecessary to stop the line even if an overturn of conveyed articles occurs on the upstream. The device comprises a plurality of guide rails (C1) connecting a pair of attachment chains (B1), grippers (E1) fixed to sliders (D1) slidably locked to and movable along the guide rails (C1), wherein PET bottles (Q1) suspended and gripped by the grippers (E1) are conveyed and by transversely moving the sliders (D1) at a predetermined rate, the number of rows of the PET bottles (Q1) is changed.
