Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for combined breathing measurement and training, which is developed to measure respiration data through exhalation and train respiratory muscles through inhalation among the exhalation and inhalation constituting human breathing. A device for combined breathing measurement and training according to the present invention for achieving the purpose comprises: a main body in which a flow pipe through which the user's breathing air passes is formed, and a sensor is mounted inside the flow pipe to measure the pressure of air through exhaled air and the gas components contained in the exhaled air; a connection pipe coupled to communicate with the rear side of the flow pipe of the main body and including an air distribution valve therein which intermittently opens and closes the air distribution; and a rear end mounting pipe which is coupled to communicate with the rear side of the connection pipe, has an air vent hole through which air is introduced from the outside, and has an intake difficulty adjustment module installed therein so that the intake difficulty adjustment module can move forward and backward to the inside of the connection pipe.
