Abstract:
A read unit (8) reads out encrypted license information and corresponding license management information from a memory card (300). A decryption unit (9) decrypts the encrypted license information so as to obtain license information in a plain text. An operation execution unit (2) executes the operation according to the license information in the plain text. Here, the license management information describes the identifier type required for decryption of the license information for each content operation. The decryption unit (9) decrypts the encrypted license information by using the identifier corresponding to the operation to be executed, among the identifiers described in the license management information.
