Abstract:
A device control method and an electronic device. The method comprises: in response to a preset gesture operation, a first electronic device connecting to a second electronic device; the second electronic device returning first information to the first electronic device, wherein the first information comprises related information of the second electronic device, and/or, related information of a first application and/or a first function on the second electronic device; and the first electronic device displaying a control interface (100) according to the first information, wherein the control interface (100) is used for controlling the second electronic device. In this way, if a user executes a preset gesture operation on a first electronic device, first information of a second electronic device can be recalled, and a control interface for controlling the second electronic device is then displayed, thus making the operation convenient and the user experience better.
