Abstract:
In the disclosed device, each of a first inverter and a second inverter are controlled by means of pulse-width modulation that uses a carrier signal. In order to reduce noise resulting from the first inverter and the second inverter, the frequency (f1) of the carrier signal of the first inverter and the frequency (f2) of the carrier signal of the second inverter are controlled. The frequency (f1) of the carrier signal of the first inverter is randomly or cyclically altered within a pre-set first frequency range (420) in accordance with the passage of time. The frequency (f2) of the carrier signal of the second inverter is randomly or cyclically altered within a pre-set second frequency range (430) in accordance with the passage of time in a manner so as to not overlap the first frequency range (420).
