Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for controlling the snaking of a film pattern, and more particularly, to a device for controlling the snaking of a pattern used in a patterned film manufacturing device including film transfer equipment and pattern-forming equipment. The device for controlling the snaking of a film pattern comprises: a marking unit for forming a marking on a film at a predetermined reference position set on the basis of the film transfer equipment; a recognition unit which is disposed at the rear of the marking unit and which recognizes the position of the marking that enters a recognition area according to the transfer of the film; a calculation unit for calculating snaking using the difference between the distance of the reference position of the marking unit and the position of the marking recognized by the recognition unit; a control unit for generating a signal for correcting the positions of the marking unit and of the pattern-forming equipment in correspondence to the snaking calculated by the calculation unit; and a correction unit for aligning the positions of the marking unit and the pattern-forming equipment, before forming the pattern, by receiving the correction signal generated by the control unit. Even when film snaking (snaking in distance and angle) occurs, an accurately patterned film having excellent quality may be manufactured, and further, a snaking factor may be accurately controlled before forming a pattern.
