Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for correcting a processing error of a machine tool, the device comprising: a bed; a main spindle installed at the bed and clamping a workpiece to process the workpiece; a support part installed at the bed to be horizontally movable while facing the main spindle in a horizontal direction, to support or clamp the workpiece; a column provided with a process part to which a tool is mounted to process the workpiece, and installed at the bed to be horizontally movable; a sensing part for sensing a real-time phase change of the column and the support part according to movement of the column and the support part; and a control part for correcting a processing error according to a phase change of the column and the support part, which is sensed by the sensing part, wherein the control part can correct in real time deflection of the bed, which is caused in conjunction with movement of the column and the support part, and a processing error caused by the lifting of the workpiece.
