Abstract:
The inventive device comprises a vertical rotationally driven disc (9) consisting of at least one cutting assembly in the form of a unit (15) provide with a plurality of claws (13) which are equally spaced and contact a rectilinearly cutting counter blade (14). During cutting, the claws (13) are disposed vertically in order to cutting, together with the counter-blade, a product into several calibrated pieces by driving action of the disc (9) and by a pushing force applied thereto. The part of the claws (13) extends outside the counted blade (14) in order to interact with a wear part (17) which is arranged on the end of a machine section from which the product is removed by a pushing force. The outside part of claws (13) penetrates in to the thickness of the wear part (17) in such a way that the rectilinearly cutting counter blade (14) is placed in a tangent position with respect to the end thereof.
