A network hospital terminal instrument, in particular a device for cutting and storing tablets (9) for a network hospital, comprising a housing (1) having an opening (111), a tablet storing chamber (3) formed in the housing (1); the housing (1) is also provided with a cutter spring (5), a door push spring (8), a cutting blade (10), a button (13), a cam (11), a double door (12), and a rotating shaft (19), the rotating shaft (19) being rotatably arranged on the housing (1), the cam (11) being fixed on the rotating shaft (19); the housing (1) is also externally provided with a pull rod (4) fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (19); the cutting blade (10) is close to the cam (11), one end of the cutter spring (5) being fixed on the housing (1), the other end being in contact with the cutting blade (10); the double door (12) is arranged above the opening (111) of the housing (1), the button (13) is hingedly connected to the housing (1); and the double door (12) is located between the door push spring (8) and the button (13), such that when the button (13) is pressed, the relative position between the double door (12) and the opening (111) is changed and the inside and outside of the housing (1) become in communication. The cam (11) and cutter blade (10) cut the tablets (9) within the housing (1) and then return to the initial position by means of the door push spring (8), the double door (12) is opened by pushing the button (13), and the cut tablets (9) are discharged. The device is sanitary, safe and convenient to use.
